If you've noticed that AIO-5 Play For BMW doesn't automatically turn off when you turn off your bike, here's what you need to know:
Normal Operation:
Typically, when you switch off your bike, the BMW Nav Prep should power down, automatically turning off your AIO-5 Play For BMW.
Possible Cause:
If this isn't happening, the ACC (Accessory) function in your BMW Nav Prep may be malfunctioning, which could result in continuous power supply to the BMW Nav Prep, keeping your AIO-5 Play For BMW powered on even when the bike is off.
Solution:
Consider replacing a new BMW Nav Prep.
Important Notes:
1. This is not an issue with the AIO-5 Play For BMW itself.
2. It cannot be resolved through a firmware update to the AIO-5 Play.
