A firmware update can resolve missing BMW data or Wonder Wheel control with BMW keyless mount part 65 90 5 B6C 8C0. The BMW TFT may also repeatedly show a connection message, such as “TFT–NAV Detected, hold up...”.
Check the mount and firmware
The minimum versions below apply to supported CHIGEE Displays used with BMW keyless mount part 65 90 5 B6C 8C0.

BMW motorcycles supplied with this mount include the 2026 R1300GS and the 2025–2026 R1300RT, R1300RS and R1300R. Identify the installed mount rather than relying on the motorcycle name alone.
Update the firmware
On a supported CHIGEE Display, use the released firmware offered for your exact model.
Open Settings > System Update.
Tap Check for Updates.
Install the offered update.
Check whether BMW data and Wonder Wheel control work and whether the TFT reconnection loop has stopped.
