The AIO-6 LTE limits parking and remote features when your motorcycle battery drops below its protection threshold. A low-voltage notification in the CHIGEE GO App requires an active data connection.
What low-voltage protection changes
When low-voltage protection is active, parking monitoring, remote camera viewing and 4G Live are unavailable. Check the motorcycle status in the CHIGEE GO App before trying these features.
Check the setting and battery
Open the CHIGEE GO App and go to Home > Feature Settings > Low Voltage Protection.
Check the configured threshold and the displayed motorcycle status.
If low-voltage alerts recur, check the battery, charging system and power connections. Do not lower the threshold simply to keep remote features running.
