4G Live needs an installed AIO-6 camera, stable power and an active LTE connection. A display that appears online may still have too little upload bandwidth for live video.
Check these first
Confirm that the camera is connected and works in the dashcam view.
Check the LTE service and remaining service validity in the CHIGEE GO App.
Check the motorcycle status. Drive and Parking support live viewing; Sleep and Offline do not.
Move the motorcycle to an open location with stronger mobile coverage, then retry 4G Live.
Check the network and location
Underground garages, tunnels and areas shielded by buildings can have poor GPS reception and poor mobile data reception at the same time. In these places, weak or unstable mobile data can prevent 4G Live from connecting.
Receiving status updates or alerts does not prove the network can carry live video. These features need less data than streaming.
Check power and installation
For the standard wiring harness, connect black to battery negative, red to battery positive and yellow ACC to an ignition-switched circuit. Constant battery power must remain available after the ignition is off.
For a quick-release installation, use the cable supplied for that module and follow its installation guide. A power or ACC wiring problem can prevent parked operation.
If the battery is in low-voltage sleep, resolve the battery or charging issue before retrying. See AIO-6 voltage protection and LTE networking.
If live video still fails
Update the CHIGEE GO App without deleting it, restart the phone and display, and retry. contact us with your serial number, firmware and App versions, motorcycle status, installation photos and a screenshot of the error.
This video accompanies the AIO-6 LTE installation checks. Follow the written troubleshooting steps above.
