If a Blind Spot Detection (BSD) warning appears on the opposite side from the approaching vehicle, check the camera mirroring setting first. If the warning remains reversed, check that the cameras are connected to the correct ports.
Check camera mirroring
On your CHIGEE Display, open Video > Video Settings.
Find Mirror and check the current setting.
Adjust the setting as needed, then check whether the camera image and BSD warning side match.
Check the camera connections
If mirroring is already set correctly but BSD warnings still appear on the wrong side, the camera may be connected to the wrong port.
Power off the CHIGEE Display before changing any camera connections.
Check that each camera is connected to the intended front or rear port.
Reconnect the cameras correctly, power the system on and verify the displayed image and BSD warning direction.
If the issue continues, contact CHIGEE support with your display model, camera setup and a short video showing the reversed warning.
