If the chigee.com price of a product you bought drops within 30 days of your purchase, we refund the difference.
Who can claim the price difference
You can claim the price difference when all of the following are true:
You bought the product on chigee.com.
The lower price is on chigee.com, in the same region and currency as your order. Prices in other regions or currencies, on other regional websites, from gray-market imports or from unofficial sellers don't count.
The price dropped within 30 days of your purchase date.
It's the same product: same model, specifications and condition.
How much you get back
You get back the price you paid for the product minus the current price. The price you paid is the selling price minus any discount code you used. For example, if you paid $400 after a $20 discount code and the price drops to $350, you get $50 back.
How to claim the price difference
Contact us with your order number, a screenshot of the lower price and a link to the product page. If you're already talking to us, reply in the same conversation.
We check the price drop and your order.
After we verify the price drop, we refund the difference to your original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank then takes 5–10 business days to post it, so allow up to 11 business days in total after we verify the price drop.
Price changes and pricing errors
We can change prices at any time, and prices vary by region because of taxes, duties and shipping costs. If we list a product at the wrong price by mistake, we let you know. You can then buy it at the corrected price or cancel your order at no charge.

Purchases from dealers aren't covered by the CHIGEE 30-day price guarantee. Contact the dealer about their own price policy.
Does a lower price in another country count?
A lower price in another country or currency doesn't count. The 30-day price guarantee compares prices in the same region and currency only.
