Missing, wrong or damaged items

Report a missing, wrong or damaged item within 3 days of delivery. What to check first and the photos to send us.

Note: This applies to orders placed on chigee.com. For orders bought from a dealer, contact the dealer.

If an item in your order is missing, wrong, damaged or doesn't work when it arrives, contact us within 3 days of delivery and send photos. We then resend the item, send a replacement, or give you a refund or store credit.

Check these first

Before you report a missing item, check these two things:

  • Small boxes: some items are packed in their own small box. The AIO-6 LTE SIM card comes in a small green box packed separately, so check the bottom of the shipping box.

  • Separate packages: if your order shipped in more than one package, each package has its own shipping email. The item may be in a package that hasn't arrived yet.

The AIO-6 LTE includes a SIM card only in some countries. See Free SIM card eligibility and coverage.

How to report a problem

Contact us within 3 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is missing, wrong, damaged or not working

  • Photos of the shipping box, the packaging and everything you received

  • For a damaged item, close-up photos of the damage

Take photos as soon as you open the package, and keep the packaging until we've resolved your report.

What happens next

After we check your report, we resend the missing item, send a replacement, or give you a refund or store credit. If a package was badly damaged in transit, we may also file a claim with the carrier.

If a product develops a fault later, see Warranty period and coverage.
