Our shipping principle
Every product you can add to your cart on chigee.com is in stock and ready to ship. If an item is out of stock, it is temporarily unavailable for purchase. We don’t take orders for products we can’t ship.
In-stock items
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, unless the product page says otherwise. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Out-of-stock items
When a product sells out, it can’t be added to the cart, and a Notify Me button appears on the product page. To get a restock alert:
Click Notify Me on the product page.
Enter your email address and submit.
We’ll email you as soon as the product is back in stock.
Pre-order items
Pre-order products show an estimated shipping date next to the Add to Cart button on the product page. Your order will ship according to that estimate, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once it’s on its way.
Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items
We usually ship the whole order together once the pre-order items are available. If you’d like your in-stock items shipped first, contact us and we’ll arrange it.
