Where your order ships from
We ship from warehouses in Germany, the US, the UK and China. Your destination and stock availability determine which warehouse handles your order.
US warehouse: Ships within the United States.
UK warehouse: Ships within the United Kingdom.
Germany warehouse: Ships to the European destinations listed below.
China warehouse: Ships to all other supported destinations, including Cyprus. It also supplies items that are out of stock at your local warehouse.
Our Germany warehouse ships to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Orders that ship in more than one package
If your local warehouse doesn't have every item, we'll send the rest separately from China. Each package gets its own shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

The options at checkout depend on your destination and the warehouse handling your order:

Processing and delivery times
We ship most in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. We'll email your tracking number once your order ships.

We may email you before shipping to confirm your address, shipping method or tax ID. Reply to that email so we can send your order.
Delivery time
Processing time is the time before your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination and shipping method.

Where do you ship?
We ship chigee.com orders worldwide, except to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Denmark and Poland. See Where we ship and where to buy locally for destinations and local dealer options.
Can you ship to a P.O. box?
We cannot ship chigee.com orders to P.O. boxes, APO, DPO or FPO addresses, or forwarding addresses.
