CHIGEE's warranty can be transferred to another owner in cases of gifting or resale of the device. The new owner will receive the remaining warranty coverage.
Transfer Requirements
To transfer a warranty, the new owner must provide CHIGEE Support with:
Original order number
Original owner's name and email address
Screenshot of original order confirmation email
Device serial number (must match the serial number on the original order)
Transfer Process
Contact CHIGEE Support with all required information.
The CHIGEE Support team will review and verify the transfer request.
Once verification is approved, the warranty will be transferred to the new owner.
Note
Warranty transfer will only take effect after successful verification.
The new owner receives the remaining warranty coverage.
All warranty terms remain identical to the original warranty policy.
