AIO-5 Staying On After Engine Off
If your AIO-5 remains powered on after shutting off your motorcycle, or requires removing the fuse to turn it off, this indicates a potential issue with the ACC power circuit cable.
To resolve this, we recommend inspecting the ACC circuit on the power cable for any breaks or faults. A disruption in this circuit could allow constant power delivery, causing the device to stay on unintentionally after the bike is off.
As a solution, we will send you a replacement power cable. Please contact Chigee support to initiate the replacement process.
Swapping out the existing cable should correct any potential faults in the ACC circuit, restoring proper operation where the AIO-5 powers off when the motorcycle is turned off.
