The CHIGEE GO App is designed for CHIGEE displays that have camera or LTE (4G) features. The AIO-5 Play series has no camera and does not support adding one, and it has no LTE module—so you do not need the CHIGEE GO App.

Why the App Isn’t Needed for AIO-5 Play

• No camera features → no video download/export via app
• No LTE/remote features → no SIM/data, no remote tracking/alerts
• Native BMW integration → power from BMW Nav Prep, use Wonder Wheel and on-device settings directly

In the CHIGEE GO App’s “Select Device” list, you’ll see XR-3 / AIO-5 Lite / XR-2 / AIO-6 LTE / AIO-6 Max. There is no AIO-5 Play option by design.
