Note: The CHIGEE GO App is for CHIGEE Displays with a dashcam or LTE, such as the AIO-6 LTE, AIO-6 Max, AIO-5 Lite and XR-2. See The AIO-5 Play doesn't need the CHIGEE GO App.
With the CHIGEE GO App, you can download and export dashcam footage from your CHIGEE Display and, on the AIO-6 LTE, use 4G features such as 4G Live. To get started, install the CHIGEE GO App, sign up with your email address and add your CHIGEE Display.
Install the CHIGEE GO App
Download the latest CHIGEE GO App from the App Store or Google Play. When the CHIGEE GO App asks for permissions, allow all of the following, because it needs them to work with your CHIGEE Display:
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
Location
Photos
Notifications
Sign up with your email address
Sign up for the CHIGEE GO App while your phone has an internet connection.
Open the CHIGEE GO App and sign up with your email address.
Enter the verification code sent to your email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.

Add your CHIGEE Display
Adding your CHIGEE Display binds it to your CHIGEE GO App account.
In the CHIGEE GO App, tap Add Device.
Select your CHIGEE Display model.
Scan the SN code. You can also rename the CHIGEE Display. When setup finishes, the CHIGEE Display appears in My > My Devices.
You can find the SN code on the back of the product packaging, or on the CHIGEE Display: go to Settings > About and scan the barcode at the bottom.
Each CHIGEE Display can be bound to one CHIGEE GO App account at a time. See CHIGEE GO App account and device binding rules. If the CHIGEE GO App says the device is already bound, see "This device is already bound" message in the CHIGEE GO App.
Download dashcam footage
Dashcam footage is stored on the CHIGEE Display's SD card. To view or download it, connect your phone to the CHIGEE Display's Wi-Fi and use the CHIGEE GO App. See Download dashcam videos with the CHIGEE GO App.
Important: Uninstalling the CHIGEE GO App permanently deletes the riding log data stored in the app. Without it, you can't re-export videos with riding data, even if you still have the original footage.
