Fix “Not Connected” After Wiring (AIO-6 Camera)

If your AIO-6 Camera displays “Not Connected” even after wiring is complete:

Tighten the Type-C Harness Screws

1. On the side of the Quick-Release Module unit, locate the Type-C wiring harness.
2. Ensure the screws are fully tightened.
Based on our experience, a loose Type-C harness screw is the most common reason for this issue.

Test Without the Quick-Release Module Cable

If both screws are properly seated and tightened:
1. Disconnect the Quick-Release Module’s quick-release cable.
2. Replace it with the fixed cable included with your device.
2. Test the camera connection again.
If the camera is detected when using the fixed cable, the issue is with the Quick-Release Module’s quick-release cable — it can supply power but cannot transmit the data needed for the camera to function.
