Geo-Fencing: Setup & Alerts (LTE Only)
Geo-fencing is a smart security feature available only on the AIO-6 LTE model. It uses GPS and 4G connectivity to detect when your motorcycle enters or exits a defined area, and sends a real-time alert to your phone via the CHIGEE GO App.
Geo-fencing works only when your AIO-6 LTE is powered on and has a stable 4G signal.
Don’t forget to allow push notifications from the CHIGEE GO App in your phone’s system settings, or you won’t receive alerts.
What Is Geo-Fencing?
A geo-fence is a virtual perimeter you create around a location. Once set, the CHIGEE GO app can alert you when your motorcycle:
- Leaves the defined zone ("Outside Fence Alert"), or
- Enters the defined zone ("Inside Fence Alert")
This is useful for theft prevention, parking safety, or simply knowing when your motorcycle moves.
How to Set Up a Geo-Fence
- Open the CHIGEE GO App
- Navigate to: Home > Feature Settings > Geofence Alert
- Tap Add Geo-Fence
- Choose one or both alert types:
- Inside Fence Alert
- Outside Fence Alert
- Set:
- The anchor location (your desired location point)
- The radius (distance from the anchor point)
- tap OK and Name your geo-fence
- Repeat to add multiple geofences as needed
Getting Unexpected Alerts?
If you're receiving unexpected or frequent alerts, try the following:
- Review whether the geofence logic matches your intent (e.g., did you set an "exit" alert near a busy location?)

Delete all existing geofences and create a fresh set using clearer logic or larger/smaller radius values
