Fix missing AIO-6 LTE vibration notifications

Check camera, parking, power and notification settings, then test vibration alerts on the AIO-6 LTE.

AIO-6 LTE vibration notifications need a compatible camera, Parking Monitor, App alerts, constant power and working 4G. The display’s built-in G-sensor detects vibration; movement of the motorcycle must reach the display to trigger it.

Check the camera, network and battery

  1. Confirm a compatible camera is installed on the AIO-6 LTE. Vibration notifications are unavailable without a camera.

  2. Check that a valid SIM is inserted, mobile data and any required CHIGEE service are active, and the display shows a 4G signal.

  3. In the CHIGEE GO App, open Home > Feature Settings > Low Voltage Protection. The default is 11.8 V. Battery voltage must be above the configured threshold for parking monitoring and remote alerts.

At or below the configured threshold, low-voltage protection disables parking monitoring, remote camera viewing and vibration alerts. Check the battery, charging system and wiring rather than lowering the threshold simply to keep alerts running. See AIO-6 low-voltage protection.

The AIO-6 LTE can send remote notifications to your phone. The AIO-5 Lite instead requires checking its local parking alerts on the display. See how parking monitoring works.

Enable both parking monitoring and App notifications

  1. On the AIO-6 LTE, open Device Recorder > Settings > Parking Monitor and turn it on.

  2. For testing, set Sensor Sensitivity to High.

  3. In the CHIGEE GO App, open Home > Feature Settings > Vibration Alert and turn it on. The App vibration alert is enabled by default, but check the actual setting.

  4. Allow CHIGEE GO App push notifications in your phone’s system settings.

  5. Allow the CHIGEE GO App to run in the background. Check that battery-saving or background-app restrictions are not blocking it.

Both the display’s Parking Monitor and the CHIGEE GO App vibration alert must be enabled for remote vibration notifications.

Check the wiring and test a parked alert

The AIO-6 LTE needs correct ACC wiring to recognize ignition-off, plus constant battery power to remain in low-power standby and wake on vibration. Follow the AIO-6 LTE user manual and ACC wire identification guide.

  1. Turn off the motorcycle’s ignition with constant battery power still connected.

  2. Wait until the AIO-6 LTE screen turns off completely.

  3. Gently tap or nudge the display so its G-sensor can detect the vibration. Shaking the motorcycle may not trigger an alert if the movement does not reach the display.

  4. After the startup delay, check that the display wakes, starts a parking recording and sends an App notification.

Recording starts after the display wakes; it does not capture the period before wake-up. The AIO-6 LTE vibration test video illustrates the test.

Important: Turn off vibration recording when transporting or shipping the motorcycle. Repeated movement can keep waking the display and recording until low-voltage protection is reached.
