What should I do if my parcel has missing items?

help@chigeego.com and provide photos of the products you received in the package. Once we confirm the missing items, we'll arrange for them to be resent to you as soon as possible.
*Please note that we are currently observing the Lunar New Year holiday from February 8th to February 18th, lasting for 11 days. As a result, logistics companies are also on holiday.
