Warranty Transfer Policy

CHIGEE's warranty can be transferred to another owner in cases of gifting or resale of the device. New owner will receives all remaining warranty.

Transfer Requirements

To transfer a warranty, new owner must provide CHIGEE Support with:
  1. Original order number
  2. Original owner's name and email address
  3. Screenshot of original order confirmation email
  4. Device serial number (must match the serial number on the original order)

Transfer Process

  1. Contact CHIGEE Support with all required information.
  2. CHIGEE Support team will review & verify the transfer request.
  3. Upon verification approval, warranty will be transferred to the new owner.

Note

  1. Warranty transfer will only take effect after successful verification.
  2. New owner receives all remaining warranty.
  3. All warranty terms remain identical to the original warranty policy.
  4. For products purchased from official authorized dealers, please follow the dealer's warranty terms. This transfer policy is only valid for orders purchased from CHIGEE.com, Kickstarter, or Indiegogo.
