The G3 tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) shows tire pressure and temperature on its own monitor. Use the settings below for units and alerts, and check unexpected readings or leaks before riding.
Set units and warning thresholds
Hold Settings for 2 seconds until a long beep confirms the settings screen.
Briefly press Settings to move between front and rear pressure and temperature thresholds, then pressure and temperature units.
Use + or − to change the selected value. Holding a button changes the number more quickly.
Hold Settings for 2 seconds to exit; two beeps confirm exit. The settings screen also closes after 60 seconds without an operation.
The G3 supports bar or PSI and Celsius or Fahrenheit. Use the motorcycle or tire manufacturer's pressure guidance; alert thresholds are not a substitute for the recommended inflation pressure.
Brightness, charging and sleep
During normal operation, briefly press Settings to cycle between backlight off, low and high.
The G3 system wakes when it detects vibration and sleeps after more than 60 seconds stationary. If the monitor battery reaches its low-voltage protection level, vibration will not wake it; connect the magnetic charging cable.
Charge when the monitor battery icon has one bar or flashes. Connect the supplied magnetic cable to the bottom charging port in the correct orientation. The battery icon scrolls during charging and stops scrolling when full.
If readings are missing or have not refreshed
Waking the G3 monitor and receiving a new sensor reading are separate checks. Do not use an unchanged displayed value as proof of the tire's present pressure.
Check actual tire pressure with a reliable gauge before riding if the reading is missing, unchanged or unexpectedly low.
Check the monitor charge level and any sensor low-battery indication. Note whether one or both wheels are affected.
For external sensors, check the pairing using the linked procedure below. Record whether the monitor beeps and displays data.
If the reading remains missing or unchanged, contact support with the details listed below. Do not ride on a suspect tire solely to trigger an update.
Use Pair G3 external tire pressure sensors for an external kit. Internal sensors use a different pairing procedure; identify your kit when asking for help.
If pressure differs from a gauge or a tire leaks
Compare the G3 and gauge in the same unit and under similar tire-temperature conditions. Record the readings for each wheel.
If an external sensor installation loses pressure, stop using that installation until the leak is resolved. Have the tire and valve checked if needed.
Inspect the rubber sealing ring inside each external sensor for missing, damaged or incorrectly seated parts. Photograph both rings; do not assume tightening harder will resolve a leak.
Recheck pressure with a gauge after any correction. If pressure continues to fall or readings remain inconsistent, contact support before riding.
A sealing-ring check helps investigate a leak but does not prove the ring is the cause. A sensor, valve or tire may need further assessment.
Contact support with useful details
If the problem continues, contact us and include:
G3 internal or external sensor type, and which wheel is affected
Motorcycle model and year
G3 and gauge readings with units and when they were measured
Photos of the display, valve clearance and external sensor sealing rings
A video showing startup or pairing behavior
Order number and purchase source
If you bought through a retailer, also contact that seller about return or replacement arrangements. Technical assessment does not itself confirm replacement eligibility.
