Pair G3 external tire pressure sensors

Pair both G3 external sensors or replace one wheel's pairing, then check the readings and valve seals.

Pair G3 external tire pressure sensors with the dedicated G3 monitor, starting with the front wheel. The manual says the sensors do not need to be assigned to front or rear beforehand; pairing assigns each sensor to a wheel.

Pair the front and rear sensors

  1. With the motorcycle stationary, press and hold + and − together for 5 seconds. A long beep confirms pairing mode.

  2. Wait for the front-wheel pressure area to scroll, then screw one G3 external sensor onto the front valve.

  3. When the monitor receives pressure data, it beeps once and completes front-wheel pairing.

  4. The rear-wheel pressure area then scrolls. Fit the other sensor to the rear valve. Two beeps confirm rear-wheel pairing, and pairing mode closes.

  5. Check both tire pressures with a reliable gauge and check the sensor installations for leaks before riding.

Pair one wheel only

After entering G3 pairing mode, briefly press + or − to select the wheel. Once that sensor pairs successfully, the monitor exits instead of proceeding to the other wheel.

Hold the Settings button to exit pairing. Pairing also closes after 180 seconds without an operation.

If pairing or pressure readings look wrong

The G3 manual notes that readings can refresh during normal riding after pairing. A low reading or suspected air leak still needs checking before riding; do not rely on movement to correct an installation problem.

Compare the G3 and gauge using the same pressure unit. If a tire loses pressure, inspect the external sensor's rubber sealing ring and have the valve and tire checked. See G3 user guide and troubleshooting for the information to send support.
