AIO-6 low-voltage protection is triggered when battery voltage is less than or equal to the configured threshold. The default threshold is 11.8 V.
Check the threshold for your model
The AIO-6 Max and AIO-6 LTE use these protection settings.
Model | Threshold | Adjustment |
AIO-6 Max | 11.8 V | Fixed; cannot be adjusted |
AIO-6 LTE | 11.8 V by default; 12.5 V and 13.0 V also available | Set in the CHIGEE GO App |
What happens at the protection threshold
When AIO-6 battery voltage reaches or falls below the configured threshold, parking monitoring stops. On the AIO-6 LTE, remote camera viewing, 4G Live and periodic parked uploads are also unavailable.
The AIO-6 LTE sends one low-battery status message when protection begins, if an active data connection is available. It then stops uploading data, and the CHIGEE GO App displays the low-battery sleep status. A missing notification does not prove that protection has not been triggered.
Remote functions can be used again after the battery or charging problem is resolved and the AIO-6 LTE exits low-voltage sleep. Check the App status before retrying. See tracking while riding and parked for the different power states.
Check the setting and battery
Open the CHIGEE GO App and go to Home > Feature Settings > Low Voltage Protection.
Check the configured threshold and the displayed motorcycle status.
If low-voltage alerts recur, check the battery, charging system and power connections. Do not lower the threshold simply to keep remote features running.
If the problem continues, contact us with your serial number, firmware version and a screenshot of the CHIGEE GO App status.
