You can view the AIO-6 LTE’s location remotely in the CHIGEE GO App. New location updates need power, GPS reception, a compatible SIM, valid data/service and 4G coverage.
Know what each power state can report
The AIO-6 LTE behaves differently while riding, parked with constant power, or disconnected.
AIO-6 LTE state | Location and remote behavior | Conditions |
Powered on while riding | Live location and uploaded ride tracks | GPS reception, stable power, 4G coverage and valid SIM data/service |
Ignition off with constant battery power | Status and GPS location upload every 3 hours; this is periodic reporting, not continuous real-time tracking | Constant VCC power; battery voltage above the protection threshold; working GPS and data connection |
Battery voltage at or below the protection threshold | One low-battery message if a data connection is available, then uploads stop; App shows low-battery sleep | Resolve the battery or charging issue before expecting new updates |
Power disconnected | No new GPS uploads or 4G connection; only the last recorded location is available | New updates require power and a working connection again |
Display removed from the motorcycle | Cannot monitor that motorcycle or send its vibration alerts | The display must remain installed and connected to monitor the motorcycle |
Use parked monitoring with constant power
After ignition-off, the AIO-6 LTE can send its 3-hour parked updates only when the positive and negative power connections remain connected to constant battery power (VCC). Battery voltage must be above the low-voltage protection threshold.
With a compatible camera, correct wiring and Parking Monitor enabled, vibration can wake the display and start a recording. With working 4G and the App vibration alert enabled, the AIO-6 LTE can also notify your phone. You can then try remote live view to check the surroundings, subject to power and network conditions.
Recording starts after wake-up; vibration-triggered wake-up does not provide continuous tracking while the ignition is off. See parking monitoring setup, vibration notification troubleshooting and parking monitoring troubleshooting.
If the display is off or removed
Turning off the ignition is different from disconnecting battery power. If the AIO-6 LTE loses power, it cannot receive new GPS positions or upload new data; the App can show only the last recorded location.
Removing the AIO-6 LTE disconnects it from the motorcycle. It cannot monitor that motorcycle or send its alerts. Remote monitoring also needs a SIM and active data/service. For quick removal, use an optional compatible quick-release mount.
For the 10-second riding upload rule, turning behavior and missing route segments, see AIO-6 LTE track playback.
