When network optimization can help
The AIO-6 LTE selects networks using a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) priority list. A preferred carrier may have weaker coverage than another available carrier at your location.
Remote optimization supports both CHIGEE-provided SIMs and your own SIM. Our team can adjust network priority and trigger a network rescan where the SIM and local network offer an alternative carrier. Carrier access depends on the SIM plan, roaming permissions and coverage; an adjustment cannot create access to an unsupported network.
The signal often stays at 1–2 bars or disconnects.
Remote vibration alerts or 4G Live are delayed or unreliable.
The AIO-6 LTE works well in one location but poorly in another.
If no alternative operator is available to your SIM in that region, changing network priority will not help. If there is no connection at all, start with the no 4G connection checks.
