AIO-6 LTE 4G Live needs an installed AIO-6 camera, stable power and active LTE service. A display that appears online may still have too little upload bandwidth for live video.
Try these checks first
Confirm the camera is connected and works in the local dashcam view.
Check the SIM’s remaining data and validity, plus CHIGEE 4G service validity if you use your own SIM.
Check motorcycle status in the CHIGEE GO App. Drive and Parking support live viewing; Sleep and Offline do not.
Move the motorcycle to an open location with stronger mobile coverage and retry 4G Live.
Check network quality and service
The AIO-6 LTE may fail to open a stream, exit it automatically or load no video when upload bandwidth is insufficient, latency is high or packets are lost. Being online or receiving small status messages and alerts does not prove the connection can carry live video.
At the place where streaming fails, open Settings > About > Network on the display and check signal strength and connection stability. Underground garages, tunnels, mountains and dense high-rise areas can weaken mobile reception. Poor GPS reception may occur in the same places; mobile-data quality is the relevant connection check for streaming.
Streaming also stops when SIM validity expires, data runs out, the account is in arrears or the SIM is frozen. For a CHIGEE SIM, check the CHIGEE GO App; for your own SIM, check carrier data with the carrier and CHIGEE service validity in the App. See SIM data, service fees and renewals.
Check constant power and low-voltage sleep
For the standard AIO-6 LTE harness, connect black to battery negative, red to battery positive and yellow ACC to an ignition-switched circuit. Constant battery power must remain available after ignition-off. Use the cable and installation guide supplied for your quick-release module if fitted.
Turn off the ignition and check whether the display goes offline immediately. Immediate loss of power can indicate that VCC is disconnected or incorrectly wired.
A shutdown countdown can suggest constant power is present, but does not confirm the wiring. Use a multimeter to check that the red VCC wire still has power with ACC off. See Locate the ACC wire with a multimeter.
Check that a motorcycle main power cut-off or an ignition-only connection is not also cutting VCC. Correct the wiring before testing parked live view.
When battery voltage is less than or equal to the configured threshold, the AIO-6 LTE enters low-voltage sleep and live viewing is unavailable. The default is 11.8 V. Resolve the battery or charging issue and wait for the display to exit sleep before retrying. See AIO-6 low-voltage protection.
This video demonstrates the AIO-6 LTE installation and wiring arrangement. Use the written power checks above alongside the installation instructions.
If live video still fails
Update the CHIGEE GO App without deleting it, restart your phone and the AIO-6 LTE, then retry. If the problem continues, contact us with your serial number, firmware and App versions, motorcycle status, installation photos and a screenshot of the error.
