The AIO-6 LTE uses an intact nano-SIM. The SIM and SD card slots are on the right side, behind a waterproof rubber seal secured by anti-theft screws at both ends.
Prepare and fit the nano-SIM
Use the special screwdriver included with the AIO-6 LTE to open the card-slot cover.
If your SIM is in a larger removable adapter frame, gently detach the nano-SIM from that outer frame. You do not need tools for this step.
Keep the nano-SIM intact. Do not bend the card, dismantle it or separate its metal contacts.
Insert the intact nano-SIM into the SIM slot with the metal contacts facing downward, toward the display’s internal components. Check that it is seated correctly.
Close the rubber seal and secure the cover screws after fitting the card.
The screwdriver is needed for the display’s cover, not for releasing a nano-SIM from its removable outer frame. The secured cover helps protect the cards, but cannot guarantee complete protection against theft or vandalism.
If the card fits but does not connect, follow the AIO-6 LTE 4G connection checks.
