The AIO-6 LTE needs a physical nano-SIM and an active mobile-data plan for its 4G features. You can use a CHIGEE-provided SIM where available or buy a compatible local SIM.

A CHIGEE SIM is locked to the region of the issued SIM package. It works only within that package’s country group. The table below follows the official table’s separate rows; a broad label such as Asia-Pacific does not make all those countries one roaming region.

Each AIO-6 LTE is eligible for one free SIM in the included-card regions. Outside those regions, a free SIM is not provided. Canada and the United Arab Emirates offer CHIGEE SIMs for separate purchase; you can also use a compatible local SIM.
For an eligible order from chigee.com that arrived without its included SIM, contact us with your order details so we can review the missing card. If you bought from an authorized dealer, contact that dealer for the SIM; CHIGEE Support does not supply SIM cards for dealer purchases.
SIM packages are selected for the shipping destination. If you need a different supported region’s package for travel, contact us before the order ships. The official SIM card notice gives the shipping and plan details.
Travel within or outside your SIM package region
A Singapore-group CHIGEE SIM can roam in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. It cannot continue providing data outside that group.
A United States CHIGEE SIM does not work on a trip to Europe or the United Kingdom. Use a compatible local Europe/UK SIM and data plan for that trip. Changing where you activate the card does not change its issued package region.
Check the destination against your CHIGEE SIM package’s group in the table above.
For a destination outside that group, buy a local SIM that supports the AIO-6 LTE and your destination.
Activate a mobile-data plan with the carrier.

Enter the carrier’s Access Point Name (APN) if required, then confirm the AIO-6 LTE connects to 4G before relying on remote features.
Using your own SIM also requires valid CHIGEE 4G service. See SIM data, service fees and renewals for the separate carrier-data and cloud-service charges. Check destination IMEI registration requirements before international travel.
