Note: This article applies to the AIO-5 Play and AIO-5 Play for BMW.
The AIO-5 Play doesn't need the CHIGEE GO App. The CHIGEE GO App is for CHIGEE Displays with a dashcam or LTE, and the AIO-5 Play has neither: it has no camera, doesn't support adding one, and has no LTE module.
Why the AIO-5 Play doesn't use the CHIGEE GO App
No camera: the AIO-5 Play has no dashcam footage to download or export
No LTE: the AIO-5 Play has no SIM card, remote tracking or alerts
BMW integration (AIO-5 Play for BMW only): the AIO-5 Play for BMW gets power from the BMW Nav Prep cradle, and you control it with the Wonder Wheel and the settings on the CHIGEE Display
For this reason, the AIO-5 Play isn't listed when you add a device in the CHIGEE GO App.

I can't find the AIO-5 Play in the CHIGEE GO App. Is that a bug?
The AIO-5 Play is missing from the CHIGEE GO App by design, because the CHIGEE GO App doesn't manage the AIO-5 Play.
Can I add a camera to the AIO-5 Play later?
The AIO-5 Play doesn't support adding a camera. If you need dashcam or LTE features, choose the AIO-6 LTE or AIO-6 Max.
Do I need to pair the AIO-5 Play with the CHIGEE GO App?
You don't need to pair the AIO-5 Play with the CHIGEE GO App. To use CarPlay or Android Auto, connect your phone to the AIO-5 Play directly.
