Maximum charging power is not a guarantee for every phone. Actual charging depends on the phone and the supported charging mode.
Read the CG2 status light
The CG2 manual identifies the following normal and fault indications.

Breathing green | Wireless charging |
Breathing blue | Wired charging |
Flashing red | Low voltage or a fault |
Off | Sleep mode when the CG2 has power but is not charging |
After power is connected, the CG2 stays in standby for 1 minute. If no charging starts, the light goes out and the CG2 enters sleep mode. An unlit indicator can also mean there is no power, so check wiring if the holder will not charge.
For a flashing red light, check cable polarity and supply voltage. The manual's troubleshooting guidance calls for battery voltage above 11.5 V. If the light or charging behavior remains abnormal, contact us.
Care for your CG2
Use a plastic phone case within the size limits to improve grip.
Keep the USB-C dust plug fitted when the port is not in use to reduce dust buildup.
Avoid wired charging in rain to reduce charging-port corrosion.
Do not clean the CG2 with corrosive detergents.
Avoid directing a pressure washer at the holder. If pressure washing is necessary, keep more than 1 m away.
The CG2 suspension damper reduces vibration transmitted to the phone; it does not eliminate all vibration.
FAQs
Can I use wired and wireless charging at the same time?
The CG2 gives wired charging priority and does not provide wired and wireless output simultaneously. Unplug the charging cable to use wireless charging.
Does the CG2 need an ACC connection?
The CG2 can connect directly to the battery. It can keep charging with the engine off and stops charging at low battery voltage. If you use an ACC supply instead, it must support more than 3 A.
How do I install the CG2?
