What to send us about a BMW connection issue on your CHIGEE Display

Send your setup, symptoms and completed checks so we can choose the next step without asking you to repeat information.

When a BMW connection stops working on your CHIGEE Display, start with your setup, the symptom and checks you have completed. Reply in the same conversation so we can use the information you already sent.

Contact us

For your first message, contact us with the information you can safely obtain:

  • CHIGEE Display model and firmware version, if accessible

  • BMW motorcycle model, year and instrument type

  • Whether the same setup worked before, when the problem began and any changes to firmware, wiring or accessories

  • Whether power, Wonder Wheel control and vehicle readings still work

  • Checks you have completed and the result of each check

For example, tell us “Refitted the CHIGEE Display: no change” or “The issue remains after replacing the module.” Include an existing service report if you have one.

Provide more detail when needed

We may ask for the cradle, BMW Quick-Release Module or CGRC model, plus connected cameras and power harnesses. We’ll explain which detail helps the next check.

Photos and video

Reuse photos and videos you have already sent. If another view is needed, show the relevant message, installation or symptom while parked.

Do not dismantle the CHIGEE Display or modify wiring to collect information. If it cannot start, you do not need a firmware screenshot.

Order details and serial number

We may request your purchase channel, order reference and serial number when an after-sales assessment is needed. Send these privately in the support conversation, not in a public comment.

What happens next

We’ll review your CHIGEE Display setup and previous checks before suggesting a targeted test or after-sales assessment. You do not need to repeat completed checks just to create a new report.

Warranty, return and replacement decisions depend on the applicable policy and review.
