SD Card Shows "Needs to be Formatted" or "Format Failed"

SD Card Shows "Needs to be Formatted" or "Format Failed"

1. Check SD Card Specifications

We recommend using a high-speed TF card with speed class U3/A2/V30 for best performance.

2. Verify SD Card Installation

Sometimes the error occurs when the card isn't properly seated:
  1. Remove the SD card
  2. Reinsert it firmly
  3. Check if the error message disappears

3. Try a Factory Reset

Go to “Settings”
Select “Reset”

If these steps still don't resolve the issue, please reach out to CHIGEE SUPPORT for further help.
