Why Does the “Trip” on the Main Screen Always Show 0, No Matter How Long I Ride?
Check for Software Updates:
- Ensure that your device is running the latest firmware.
- If not, please update it and then ride for a while to see if the Trip starts recording.
Check the GPS Status:
- The "Trip" on the AIO-5 main screen relies on the device’s GPS. If the problem persists after updating, there might be an issue with the GPS.
- To check the GPS status, go to Settings > Feature > GPS and see if it shows an “ERROR” or “No GPS signal.”
