Why Does the “Trip” on the Main Screen Always Show 0, No Matter How Long I Ride?

Check for Software Updates:

  1. Ensure that your device is running the latest firmware.
  2. If not, please update it and then ride for a while to see if the Trip starts recording.

Check the GPS Status:

  1. The "Trip" on the AIO-5 main screen relies on the device’s GPS. If the problem persists after updating, there might be an issue with the GPS. 
  2. To check the GPS status, go to Settings > Feature > GPS and see if it shows an “ERROR” or “No GPS signal.”
