CHIGEE Display shutdown countdown and ride statistics

Check which ride statistics appear after ignition off and diagnose an immediate shutdown by checking the main supply.

When the display enters its shutdown countdown after ignition off, it shows riding time, distance, average speed and top speed for the completed ride. These fields are fixed.

If the screen shuts off immediately

On a three-wire installation, the yellow ACC signal turning off requests shutdown. The red main supply must remain available for the display to complete that process.

  1. Check the installation against the model’s power connections.

  2. With ignition off, measure the red main supply relative to battery negative. Check whether a power manager or main battery switch also cuts this supply.

  3. Verify yellow switches with ignition using the ACC testing guide.

  4. If both connections behave correctly but the problem remains, record your model, firmware and a short shutdown video, then contact us.

A fast loss of the yellow ACC signal alone does not explain every missing countdown. Check main power before changing the ACC connection.

FAQs

Can I add lean angle or change the statistics?

No. The shutdown screen’s fields are fixed.

Can I export the shutdown screen?

There is no direct export of this statistics screen. Ride-track export and ride-data overlays on supported camera videos are separate functions. See ride tracks and GPX export.
