View shutdown ride statistics on your CHIGEE Display

Check the fixed ride-summary fields and troubleshoot a missing shutdown countdown by testing main power and the ACC signal.

The CHIGEE Display shutdown countdown shows riding time, distance, average speed and top speed for the completed ride. If the summary is missing or incorrect, check main power and the ignition signal.

Read the shutdown summary

The CHIGEE Display shows these 4 fixed fields after ignition off:

  • Ride Time

  • Distance

  • Average Speed

  • Top Speed

The shutdown summary cannot be customized. Trip reset and recorded ride tracks have separate controls; see resetting Trip or ride tracks and GPX export.

If the summary does not appear

On a three-wire CHIGEE Display installation, yellow detects ignition off and requests shutdown. Red must keep supplying main power while shutdown completes.

  1. Compare the installation with the power and ACC wiring guide. Red connects to battery positive through the supplied fused cable; black connects to battery negative; yellow detects ignition.

  2. Measure red relative to battery negative with ignition on, then off. If red is connected to an ACC circuit or a controller cuts it immediately, the display may lose power before showing the summary.

  3. Test yellow with ignition on and off. Yellow must follow a verified ignition-switched signal. Allow any vehicle-controlled delay; a permanently live or intermittently controlled source is unsuitable.

  4. Repeat the startup and shutdown test after correcting the wiring. Check that the countdown and ride summary appear.

Use the original fuse specified for your model. The AIO-6 LTE uses an original 3 A fuse; this is not a universal fuse value for every model or a controller’s electronic current limit.

If you use a power manager

With HEX ezCAN, CANsmart, ThunderBox or a main battery switch, check whether red main power is also cut after ignition off. Test yellow separately.

Follow the exact controller and motorcycle instructions. An ignition-switched output with a short off-delay does not automatically reproduce the required main-power and ACC behavior. See using a third-party power manager.

A fast loss of yellow ACC alone does not explain every missing countdown. Check red main power before changing the ACC connection.

If the problem continues

If main power and ACC behave correctly but the CHIGEE Display summary is missing or incorrect, contact us. Provide your display model, firmware version and a short video showing shutdown, plus details of any power controller.

FAQs

Can I add lean angle or change the statistics?

The CHIGEE Display shutdown summary has fixed fields. You cannot add lean angle or change the displayed statistics.

Can I export the shutdown screen?

There is no direct export of the shutdown statistics screen. Ride-track and GPX export and data overlays on supported camera videos are separate features.
