The AIO-5 Play for BMW and AIO-6 with BMW Quick-Release Module do not have a built-in battery. These setups need power from a compatible BMW Nav Prep cradle or another power source supported for the exact model.
Check the power connection
A BMW-cradle CHIGEE Display needs the correct mounting and power connection to operate. Use the BMW setup guide to confirm your configuration.
If the CHIGEE Display will not start in the cradle, use the BMW startup checks before choosing a replacement part.
