Fill in your name, phone number and address carefully at checkout, so your order isn't delayed. Some countries need extra details, such as an ID or tax number.
Name and phone number
Name: your first and last name, 2–3 words
Phone: a phone number from the destination country, for example a US number for a US address
Language: write your address in English, unless the country requirements below say otherwise
Address
Fill in every field: street, city, state or province, and ZIP or postal code.
Keep the street address between 30 and 50 characters.
Make sure the city, state and postal code match each other.
We can't ship to APO, DPO or FPO addresses, P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.
Extra details for some countries
Some countries need extra details for customs or the local carrier. The table below shows what to add.

If a detail is missing, we email you and hold your order until you reply. For Mexico, we may also email you to confirm your shipping method, because import duties can be high. If you add a VAT number, we pass it to the carrier for customs clearance.
Note: We use these details only to ship your order and clear customs.
