Change your order or shipping address

Request changes to items, your address or shipping method before dispatch, and get confirmation from our support team.

Note: This article applies to orders placed on chigee.com. For purchases from a dealer or another retailer, contact the seller.

You can request changes to the items, shipping address or shipping method before your order ships. A member of our support team must confirm each change. Sending a request does not mean the change is complete.

Request an order change

  1. Contact us before your order ships.

  2. Send your order number, such as CH12345, or the email address you used for the order.

  3. Tell us which items, address details or shipping method you want to change. For an address change, send the complete new address.

  4. Wait for a member of our support team to confirm whether the change has been made.

If you're already talking to us, reply in the same conversation. Givo can pass your request to our support team, but a human support agent must confirm the change.

If the change affects the price

If the change costs more, we email you an invoice for the difference. Your order ships after you pay it. If the change costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

After your order ships

After your order ships, CHIGEE cannot change the items, shipping address or shipping method, or stop or redirect the shipment. Contact the carrier to ask whether it offers any delivery options.

To return an item after delivery, see Return policy. To request cancellation before dispatch, see Cancel your order.

FAQs

Can I switch to a tax-free shipping method?

You can request a different shipping method before your order ships. The method must be available for your destination, and a human support agent must confirm the change. See Customs duties and taxes policy.

Is my order changed as soon as I send a request?

Your order is changed only after our support team confirms the change. Contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
