AIO-5 Play For BMW Does Not Display TPMS Data

If your AIO-5 Play for BMW is not showing TPMS data, please follow these steps:

Check Physical Connections:

• Remove the AIO-5 Play For BMW
• Clean and test the connections in order:
  1. The back of the AIO-5 For BMW device
  2. The BMW Nav Prep contacts
  3. The 3-PIN male connector on your motorcycle
  4. The 3-PIN female connector on the BMW Nav Prep
• Securely reattach the device

Verify Factory TPMS Sensors:

• Confirm your BMW is equipped with factory TPMS sensors
• Note: The AIO-5 Play For BMW cannot read or display TPMS data if your bike lacks factory sensors

Check TPMS Settings:

• Go to Setting > Features > TPMS
• Look for the "Nav" option in the top right corner
• Ensure "Nav" is selected to use BMW's original tire pressure data
