How To Connect TFT and Chigee Display Simultaneously?

Based on valuable feedback from our Facebook Group riders, you can connect both Chigee Display and TFT simultaneously while using the BMW Connected Ride App to record and track your rides.  Here are three different connection methods, which may vary depending on the specific earphone brand or Chigee Display. Feel free to try the connection method that works best for you.

Method 1 (Suitable for Android Auto User)

  1. Connect phone to TFT
  2. Connect phone to Chigee
  3. Connect Bluetooth headset to TFT (Channel 1 for phone)
  4. Connect Bluetooth headset to Chigee (Channel 2 for GPS)

Method 2 

  1. Connect phone to TFT
  2. Connect phone to Chigee
  3. Remove Bluetooth headset pairing from TFT
  4. Pair phone with Bluetooth headset
Note: Since this method doesn't pair the TFT with your Bluetooth headset, you may experience these limitations when Chigee Display is removed:
--Cannot make/receive calls
--Cannot see caller ID
--Cannot access TFT phone book

Method 3

  1. Connect phone to TFT
  2. Connect phone to Chigee
  3. Connect Bluetooth headset to TFT
