On your iPhone:
- Restart your iPhone
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and forget all CHIGEE-related Bluetooth devices.

Go to Settings > General > CarPlay, and forget all CHIGEE-related devices.

Turn off Wi-Fi (ensure you’re not connected to any Wi-Fi network).

Reconnect Bluetooth and tap "Pair" → "Allow" → "Turn on WLAN & Connect".
⚠️ Important: Do not select "Use Bluetooth Only".

Restart your iPhone.

Try reconnecting to your CHIGEE device again.
Advanced Fix (Full Reset Solution)
If CarPlay still does not connect after completing the checklist, proceed with the following Advanced Fix:
Change your iPhone name
Turn off Apple Watch and disconnect other devices
Reset iPhone network settings
Change your iPhone name again after reset
- After the reset, rename your iPhone once more to ensure a clean CarPlay pairing.
Reconnect to Chigee Display
If the Problem Persists
If CarPlay still cannot connect after completing the above steps:
- Test with another iPhone to confirm whether the issue is specific to your iPhone.
Provide the following details to Chigee Support:

iPhone model
-
iOS version
-
Chigee Display SN number

At the same time, contact Apple Support and ask them to check whether there are any iPhone settings or restrictions preventing CarPlay from connecting.
