Unable to Connect to Carplay

Unable to Connect to Carplay

When your device is unable to connect to Carplay, please Check restrictions first:

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and make sure CarPlay is enabled

If you have confirmed the above, please follow these steps:

  1. Enable 2.4G AP and attempt to reconnect. To enable 2.4G AP: Go to Car link > Settings > Use 2.4G AP.
  2. Unpair your phone from the device and attempt to reconnect. To unpair: Go to Car link > Settings > Paired Devices.


If you have followed the above steps and are still unable to connect Carplay, please contact Chigee support for further assistance.
