Warranty Period and Coverage

At CHIGEE, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. We provide official warranty service only for products purchased through the following channels:
  • CHIGEE.com
  • Kickstarter (CHIGEE crowdfunding campaigns)
  • Indiegogo (CHIGEE crowdfunding campaigns)

If your product was purchased through one of these official channels, you are fully covered by CHIGEE’s warranty policy, please refer to the warranty terms outlined below. For purchases made through other platforms or authorized resellers, please contact the seller directly for support.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is one year. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
However, in certain cases — such as pre-order campaigns via crowdfunding platforms or official CHIGEE promotions — a longer warranty period may be offered. Please refer to the specific warranty terms displayed at the time of your purchase. Orders that qualify for an extended warranty are typically recorded by CHIGEE and linked to your order details.

Exchange-Only Policy (No Repairs)

To save our customers time and provide faster service, CHIGEE does not offer repair services or accept returns for in-house repair.
Instead, we offer a direct replacement policy:
  1. If an issue is confirmed by our support team, we will ship a replacement unit.
  2. In some cases, we may not require the original unit to be returned.
  3. If a return is needed, we will provide shipping instructions and cover the freight both ways.

How to Claim Warranty and What’s Covered

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team with order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Depending on the nature of the issue, warranty service may include:
  • Replacement (default approach)
  • Partial refund (case by case)
Please note, the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental or intentional misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage due to improper installation or handling.

Warranty Transfer

CHIGEE's warranty can be transferred to another owner in cases of gifting or resale of the device. The transferee will receive all remaining warranty coverage from the original order. The warranty transfer will only take effect after successful verification according to CHIGEE's requirements.

Extended Warranty Service

If you have opted to purchase extended warranty coverage for additional peace of mind, please refer to the corresponding warranty duration for detailed coverage information. Extended warranty durations vary based on the specific service purchased.

Purchases from Authorized Dealers

If you purchased your product from an authorized CHIGEE dealer, please contact the dealer directly for warranty inquiries and service. Authorized dealers may offer their own warranty policies and service options.
