During the warranty period, customers are entitled to complimentary replacement services. The round-trip shipping costs are covered by the CHIGEE.
CHIGEE's warranty can be transferred to another owner in cases of gifting or resale of the device. The transferee will receive all remaining warranty coverage from the original order. The warranty transfer will only take effect after successful verification according to CHIGEE's requirements.
