CHIGEE Display Won’t Start After Connecting to BMW Nav Prep

If the CHIGEE Display does not start after connecting to BMW Nav Prep, please follow these steps:
Try connecting the device using a USB-C cable to ensure it is functioning properly.
If the device starts normally with the USB-C cable, verify the following:
- Is your BMW navigation mount functioning correctly?
- Is it official BMW equipment?
- Some BMW Nav cradles may have oxidized contacts, leading to poor spring connections. Try gently sanding the contacts with sandpaper to improve the connection.
- You might also try inserting the device into another rider's BMW Nav cradle to determine if the issue is with your cradle or the device itself.
If the device still does not start, please record a video of the issue and contact the CHIGEE support team for assistance.

Please try changing the charging adapter or USB-A to Type-C cable if you can not turn on the unit by USB-C power source. The adapter's power output might be too high, triggering the device's protection system to limit power input.
