We’ve redesigned the CHIGEE Go App in March 2025 for a better user experience. As a result, any instructions in printed manuals or PDFs you may have received could be outdated and no longer accurate.
During this transition period, please refer to the information on this page for the most up-to-date guidance on using the CHIGEE Go App.
Download the latest version of the CHIGEE Go App from the App Store or Google Play.
Register and log in with your email address.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification code.
Important: Make sure to grant the following permissions when prompted:
Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
Location
Photo access
Notification access
These are required for the app to function properly.
Open the app and tap "Add Device".
Select your CHIGEE model.
Scan the SN code to bind the device.
You can find your SN code in two places:
On the back of the product packaging
On your CHIGEE display: go to Settings > About, then scan the barcode at the bottom.
You can also rename your CHIGEE device during setup.
On your CHIGEE display, go to Settings > Download and switch the Download toggle to "On".
Connect to the Wi-Fi network shown on the Download screen (SSID and password provided).
In the app, tap "Connect", then confirm the connection on the CHIGEE display by selecting "OK".
Device Album:
Stores original footage on the CHIGEE display.
Open Device Album in the app and use the top-right corner to select and download multiple videos.
Local Album:
Once footage is downloaded, it moves to your Local Album.
Open any video, overlay riding data, then export the video again with data included.
⚠️ Note:
If no data overlay is applied, re-exporting won’t be available.
If you uninstall the app, the riding log data will be erased, and you won’t be able to re-export videos with data
