We can provide an electronic invoice for your order.
To request an invoice, please provide:
  • Your order number, or
  • The email address associated with your purchase.
Once confirmed, we will send the invoice directly to your email.

Important Notes

  • We do not provide paper invoices.
  • If you would like to update the name on the invoice or add specific details (such as company name, address, or notes), please let us know — we’ll be happy to adjust the invoice for you.
  • CHIGEE is not an EU-based company. All purchases are tax-free and do not include VAT. Therefore, we are unable to issue invoices with a VAT number.
