You can view CHIGEE dashcam recordings in the CHIGEE GO App, on your CHIGEE Display or on a computer using the microSD card. Choose the app for quick viewing and downloads, the display for on-device playback, or a card reader for transferring multiple files.
View footage in the CHIGEE GO App
Park the motorcycle and connect your phone to the CHIGEE Display over Wi-Fi.
Open the CHIGEE GO App and go to the device gallery.
Preview the clips you need or download them to your phone.
Stay within approximately 8–10 m of the CHIGEE Display for a stable Wi-Fi connection. If you preview or download videos through the app, recording may pause during that activity.
Play footage on the CHIGEE Display
Open the dashcam gallery on your CHIGEE Display to replay saved footage on the screen. The display USB port does not support transferring video files directly to a computer.
Transfer footage to a computer
Turn off the CHIGEE Display before removing the microSD card.
Insert the card into your computer using a compatible card reader or adapter.
Open the video files. Recordings are saved in MP4 format and work with most media players.
If a video file does not play correctly, try another MP4-compatible media player, such as PotPlayer.
Important: Back up important recordings before formatting the card. Loop recording may overwrite the oldest unlocked files when storage fills.
